Terms and Conditions

• Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• The competition is open to all ages
• Only one entry is allowed per person
• The competition is not open to employees of CV One Ltd, their families, agents or any other person connected with the competition.
• The prize is for a family of 4 people.  A family consists of two adults and two children under the age of 14.
• The prize draw closes at 12 noon on Saturday 12th December.  Winners will be informed via telephone on Saturday 12th December.  The draw will be carried out by a member of the CV One marketing department.
• Winners will be traveling from Birmingham International Airport to Kittila, Finland on Wednesday 16th December 2009 at 08.50, arriving at 14.00 local time, and will return on Saturday 19th December 2009 at 14.50, arriving into the UK 16.15 GMT.
• Winners are expected to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before the departure time.  The competition prize does not include the cost of travel to and from Birmingham International Airport
• Baggage allowance is 20kg per person
• Winners are responsible for purchasing their own Wintersports insurance
• Winners need to have at least 6 months validity on their passports
• Heights, weight and shoe sizes for ski suit hire need to be provided prior to departure
• No cash alternative is available.
• The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable.
• The winner agrees to participate in any public relations arranged by the promoter.
